By using our website you agree to these terms.

We produce doors and gates, fence panels, trellis, and other made-to-order, bespoke items. As our products are made from natural materials, there may be slight differences in colour and finish.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).

We will supply a quote based on your requirements. On approval of the quote, payment of a 50% deposit must be made at your chosen In-Excess store (either in person at the store or over the telephone).

NOTE: please double-check all specifications on the quote before placing your order, as changes are not possible afterwards.

Once the order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email and your chosen In-Excess store will call to arrange a delivery date.

Most deliveries are handled by the supplying store, so times and costs can vary. For larger items, we may arrange delivery ourselves and will contact you to organise this.

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know within 48 hours if there are any issues. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Unless agreed, we supply products only and don’t include installation. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by incorrect fitting.

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
